Refund Policy

We want you to love your PixiOnyx piece. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

🔄 Returns

Because all items are made to order, we only accept returns for:

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

  • Incorrect products received

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing admin@quantumnova.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo(s) of the item

  • Description of the issue

If your return is approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

📦 Non-returnable items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse / changing your mind

  • Incorrect sizing ordered

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

⏱ Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
